From the initial tours with Chloe who answered our endless questions, to occasional administrative concerns handled by Greg, to fix it type work handled by John, it’s always covered. When I really felt the reassurance was recently when Mom was having some sickness and told me how the activity director, Bella, was checking in on her daily. That meant the world to me. And one night when I couldn’t get a hold of her and was concerned during the power outage I called and Makhaya made sure to send someone to check on her. You can’t put a price tag on piece of mind.
