“It’s never easy when your loved ones reach the point in life when they need to move to an assisted living facility but it’s comforting to know my in-laws live in a place like Vitalia Mentor. Greg has done an excellent job assembling a kind, friendly, compassionate staff from the management to kitchen to housekeeping, maintenance and everyone else, I have yet to pass someone in the hall who doesn’t say hi and offer to help when folks need it. Special recognition to Jessica and her staff in memory care who all have the patience of saints. I would fully recommend Vitalia Mentor to anyone.”

“I would have never thought my mom would have adapted to a senior living community but she’s not just adapting, she’s THRIVING. Vitalia in Mentor is lovely and the staff is what truly makes it. From the initial tours with Chloe who answered our endless questions, to occasional administrative concerns handled by Greg, to fix it type work handled by John, it’s always covered. When I really felt the reassurance was recently when Mom was having some sickness and told me how the activity director, Bella, was checking in on her daily. That meant the world to me. And one night when I couldn’t get a hold of her and was concerned during the power outage I called and Makhaya made sure to send someone to check on her. You can’t put a price tag on piece of mind. My mom had just lost my father the month prior and Chloe and Bella showed her a lot of love during the transition. The facility is beautiful, the food is tasty but what sets Vitalia Mentor above their competitors is the team of people that they have built.
