Each August, Vitalia Mentor participates in the Great Place to Work Survey. This is a time where staff can be open and honest about their feedback. The data is collected by a third party, so it truly is anonymous. It is so important for us to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly to know what we can work on to truly make our community a great place to work.

As the Business Office Director, I consistently promote employee appreciation by recognizing our hard-working team members. Each week, I find creative and fun ways to acknowledge their efforts—whether it’s through self-care bags, special treats, engaging activities, or dress-down days for special events. Our employees at Vitalia Mentor always look forward to the new and exciting experiences we create!
