Our maintenance team follows some essential safety measures to ensure a safe, smooth-running, and pleasant summer for everyone.
We inspect air conditioning units regularly to ensure they function correctly and replace air filters to maintain air quality. Thermostats are set at comfortable temperatures, and cooling is monitored in common areas and resident rooms.
