The streets in and around Vitalia Mentor not only pay tribute to the current and former presidents of Lakeland Community College. The roads will also serve intergenerational exchange between the senior living community and the college. Built on land once part of the college’s original 400 acres.
Vitalia Mentor honors the presidents with street names: Beverage Boulevard, Rodehorst Road, Kern Court, and Catanzaro Way, with a garden to be named after Dr. Ralph Doty.
